Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the IT and ERP strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
- Manage the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of ERP systems and IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and drive process improvements.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, developers, and support staff.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and disaster recovery plans are in place and effective.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and software solutions.
- Monitor IT budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and managerial skills to lead a diverse IT and ERP team.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, their implementation, and integration with business processes.
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, including networks, servers, and security protocols.
- Strategic thinking and ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address complex technology challenges.
- Project management expertise to oversee system implementations and upgrades.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, compliance, and data security standards.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in IT and ERP roles, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in the trading and manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ERP systems and IT infrastructure.
- Previous experience in managing teams and working with stakeholders at various levels.
