Confirm the date, venue, PPT and estimate sheet with project head.
- Take download of the event from the respective project head
- Make the production checklist
- Channelize the warehouse for the event planning
- Planning and organizing production schedules
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Having in-depth knowledge about the technical aspects of elements used in the
industry.
- Enhance the beautification of the idea presented ,and check technical feasibility of
the same
- Suggesting ideas for development which is cost effective and less time consuming
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with vendors
- Taking the cost of new development from warehouse manager and intimate the
same to project head
- Placing orders after confirmation from project head
- Confirmation of requirement for event specific from project head
- Managing production team ,labors and freelancers and assuring that team is working
in given timeline and in the same way as presented
- Practice venue recce and maintain audio visual documentation of the same
- Supervising and directing the activities of employees to ensure they comply with
acceptable standards and achieve set objectives
- Provide direction, motivation, leadership, and support to your team
- Brief the venue manager regarding the activity planned for the event as and when
required
- Prepare the cost report as per the actual vendor invoice
- Negotiate costs with the vendor to meet the budget criteria
- Ensure vendors deliver on their services as agreed
- Submit the final invoice to the account department
- Ensure strict adherence to budget as agreed with the client
- Handing over site to project head for QC
- Taking feedback from the project head
- Channelize the pack up team after event completion
- Verification of the final bill of vendors
- Material sourcing for event as and when required
- Ensure that an event is successfully held without hitches
- Coordinate all operations on the day of the event
- Ensure prompt steps are taken to resolve any issue that may jeopardize the success of an event
- Maintain good relationship with vendors
- Reporting to top management
- Any other work given by top management

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
