**Position Overview**:
The primary responsibility is to equip students with the necessary skills and connect them with prospective colleges for organizing placements.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Placement Activities**:

- Plan and conduct on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives in Polytechnic, ITI & Degree Colleges, PAN India.
- Establish and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry professionals.
- Ensure a high placement rate by identifying job opportunities and preparing students for interviews.

**2. Student Engagement and Counselling**:

- Responsible for preplacement counselling of students
- Address student concerns and provide mentoring to boost confidence and readiness.

**3. Colleges Collaboration**:

- Build partnerships with various colleges Principal, TPO Heads or higher authorities for final placements.
- Leverage alumni networks to create additional placement opportunities.

**4. Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of training sessions, placement statistics, and feedback.
- Prepare and present periodic reports to the management on placement.

**Required Skills and Competencies**
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to network with different colleges professionals and build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and recruitment processes.
- **Experience of organizing campus in Polytechnic, ITI colleges or Degree colleges is preferred.**
