**Position: Placement Counsellor**

**Location: Gurugram**

**Package: Full-time upto 4 LPA**

**Position Overview**:
A placement Counsellor plays a pivotal role in guiding and assisting students or job seekers in their career journey by providing valuable guidance, support, and resources to help them secure employment opportunities. The primary focus of a Placement Counsellor is to bridge the gap between education and the professional world, ensuring successful transitions for individuals into the workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Career Counselling**: Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students or job seekers to understand their career aspirations, skills, interests, and goals. Provide personalised advice on potential career paths, industries, and job roles that align with their profiles.
- Job Search Strategies: Educate clients about effective job search techniques, including online job portals, networking, informational interviews, and job fairs. Help them develop a systematic approach to finding job opportunities.
- Interview Preparation: Offer interview coaching and conduct mock interviews to help individuals refine interview skills. Provide feedback on communication, body language, and responses to common interview questions.
- Skill Enhancement: Identify skills and recommend relevant training, workshops, or courses to enhance the employability of clients. Stay updated on industry trends and requirements to guide individuals toward acquiring relevant skills.
- Networking and Industry Connections: Assist individuals in building and expanding their professional network by providing guidance on networking events, online platforms, and strategies for connecting with industry professionals.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, job placements, and progress made by clients. Generate reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of the placement counselling services.

**Qualification & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and the ability to understand and address the diverse needs of clients.
- Knowledge of career development theories and counselling techniques.
- Familiarity with various industries and job market trends.
- Proficiency in using computer software and online platforms for job searches and networking.
- Dial 150 Calls per day and maintain accurate data
