**Roles and Responsibilities**

Define a Digital marketing roadmap for the organization as a way forward, including strategic
- objectives, and ensure alignment with leadership and stakeholders
- Overall operating model to enable translation of the strategy into executable action plans with
- measurable business value

- Own and execute the social media strategy for the company
- Partner with both internal and external stakeholders at state and area level to drive acceptance,
- support, and adoption
- Maintain a view of the competitive landscape and drive best practices around digital experience,
- developing new and innovative ways to enhance the digital footprint across the organization
- Ensuring that the various marketing platforms can be leveraged for future business
