**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Managing Inquiries**
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about courses, eligibility, and the admissions process.
**Application Handling**
- Monitor submission of required documents such as academic records and test scores.
**Admission Assistance**
- Guide applicants through every stage of the admission process.
- Address queries and offer personalized support to ensure a positive experience.
**Event Coordination**
- Organize and participate in campus visits, open houses, and other admission-related events.
- Represent the institution at external education fairs and promotional activities.
**Data Management**
- Generate and analyze reports to track progress toward enrollment targets.
**Policy Adherence**
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and relevant educational regulations.
- Stay up to date with changes in admission policies and implement necessary updates.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Partner with the marketing team on outreach and recruitment campaigns.
- Liaise with academic departments to resolve applicant-specific concerns.
**Continuous Improvement**
- Gather and evaluate feedback from applicants and newly enrolled students to enhance the admissions experience.
**Required Experience**
- Experience in admissions, counseling, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
**Essential Skills**
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Calm and efficient under pressure
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
