CSRBOX is diversifying its portfolio towards implementation with its flagship projects in Ahmedabad, Gujarat in the areas of Education, Livelihoods and Women Empowerment. We are looking for a dynamic Communications Manager, who can give shape to the new projects and work towards execution strategy of the same.

Title: Data Entry Operator

Roles and Responsibilty:

- Enter a high volume of data into various computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and performing necessary edits or corrections.
- Review and validate data for completeness and accuracy, resolving any discrepancies or errors promptly.
- Maintain data integrity by regularly updating and purging outdated or redundant information.
- Protect the confidentiality of sensitive data by adhering to established security protocols and procedures.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files in a systematic and easily accessible manner.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as required by the management team.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth flow of data entry operations and support overall team goals.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to data entry and information management.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data entry operations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Proficiency in using data entry software and tools, such as spreadsheets and databases.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data confidentiality principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
