Job Title:  Data Entry Operator

Department: Administration / Operations 
Location: (H.O. Sindhu Bhawan, Ahmedabad)

Job Purpose:

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing large volumes of data related to sales, inventory, production, and other business operations. The role supports smooth administrative and operational workflows across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in internal databases (e.g., sales orders, customer records, inventory logs).

Review data for accuracy and completeness before input.

Generate reports from data systems as required by the team or management.

Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, accounts) for timely and accurate data flow.

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

Identify and correct data entry errors, and report discrepancies to supervisors.

Support administrative tasks such as document filing, scanning, and printing when required.
