**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guest Interaction**: Greet and welcome guests, present menus, and provide detailed information on dishes and daily specials.
- **Order Management**: Accurately take food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery to guests.
- **Service Excellence**: Serve food and beverages promptly, check on guest satisfaction, and address any concerns or special requests.
- **Table Maintenance**: Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and assist in setting up for service.
- **Upselling**: Recommend additional items or specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation standards.
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of East Asian cuisine and dining etiquette is a plus.
**Preferred Attributes**
- Previous experience in an East Asian restaurant.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly demeanor and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
