- **Service Delivery**: Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally.
- **Table Maintenance**: Set tables, clear finished courses, and ensure utensils and water glasses are refilled.
- **Payments**: Process payments accurately, handling both cash and credit card transactions.
- **Cleanliness & Safety**: Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, workstations, and adhere to sanitation and food safety regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Address guest concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism.
