Oversee the warranty claims process from start to finish, ensuring timely submission and approval.
- Review warranty repair orders for accuracy and compliance with Kia’s warranty policies.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure proper documentation of repairs for warranty claim submissions.
- Track and follow up on pending or rejected claims, working to resolve any issues with manufacturers or suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, submissions, and approvals.
- Ensure all warranty repairs meet the required standards and documentation (e.g., parts used, labor time).
- Keep updated with the latest Kia warranty policies and procedures, ensuring all service staff are aware of changes.
- Conduct regular audits of warranty claims to identify discrepancies or areas of improvement.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their warranty claims and repair work.
- Handle escalations related to warranty issues, ensuring a positive resolution for the customer.
- Provide advice to customers on their warranty coverage, exclusions, and any associated costs.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth coordination between warranty repairs and other service work.
- Assist in training service advisors and technicians on warranty policies and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with the parts department to ensure correct parts are ordered for warranty repairs.
- Generate and present reports on warranty performance, claims status, and manufacturer payments.
- Monitor and analyze warranty claim trends to identify potential areas for operational improvement.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
