- Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
- Verifies criteria required by factory or distributor.
- Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule. - Resubmits all rejected claims promptly as per manufacture recommendation or receives dealer authorization to write them off.
- Follows up on payment of outstanding claims.
- Tracks warranty parts by tagging with repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part may be disposed of.
- Arranges for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor or to be scrapped. - Keeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.
- Timely E-Tickets raise for Warranty and Technical cases.
- Warranty Store Management & stacking for warranty parts as per claim cycle
- Scarp of warranty parts based on manufacture / Field team approval
- Warranty top failure issue monitoring.
- Information to part store for high replacing parts

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warranty Department: 2 years (preferred)
