Bengali Counselors Needed

**Responsibilities**:
1. To guide & advise international patients, primarily from Bangladesh, for treatment at our associated partner hospitals in India, like Apollo Hospitals, Fortis Hospital, Medanta-The Medicity, Max Super Specialty Hospitals etc.
2. To coordinate with our hospital team for smooth arrival of patients and completion of treatment
3. To maintain long-term relationship with patients
4. To contribute towards social media and online reputation management of the organization.
5. To be involved in other responsibilities as the organization may deem fit for your capabilities.
**Pleasant notes:
1. We don't do any cold-calling, all communications are in-bound; most communications are over WhatsApp, telegram etc.
2. You will undergo extensive training and skill enhancement sessions for overall professional and personality development.
**Skills and Qualifications you need to have**:
1. Should be a masters or higher level in any discipline.
2. Should be fluent in Bengali & English (written & spoken)
3. Should have a pleasant and caring/empathetic personality (very important for this role)
4. Prior experience in counseling or any other client handling role will be preferred but not mandatory.
5. Experience in healthcare will be preferred but not mandatory.
6. Should be adept at using WhatsApp messenger
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
