Job Title:

- Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a knowledgeable Accounts Executive to manage our financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and contribute to the financial success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular account reconciliation.
Prepare and analyse financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Process financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure compliance in financial operations.
Stay updated on GST regulations and ensure the company complies with all filing, reporting and payment requirements.
Preparation and submission of accurate GST returns and reports within Prescribed timelines.
Check and approve Purchase invoice/ Purchase Credit Notes/ Purchase Debit Notes.
Filing GSTR1/ GSTR3B/ GSTR9/ GSTR9C.
TDS and TCS return filing and challan payment.

Preferred Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft excel.
Excellent attention to details and organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Relevant internship or entry-level accounting experience.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.67 - ₹20000.67 per month
