**Quantitative Faculty**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive quantitative curriculum and lesson plans tailored to the specific requirements of competitive exams like GRE, GMAT, CAT, etc.
- Teach students fundamental concepts and advanced topics in mathematics, algebra, geometry, arithmetic, and data interpretation, using effective teaching methodologies and resources.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments to evaluate students' quantitative proficiency levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide personalized feedback, guidance, and support to students to enhance their quantitative skills and performance.
- Administer and grade quantitative practice tests, quizzes, and assignments, and analyze students' performance to track progress.
- Motivate and inspire students to actively engage in quantitative learning activities and achieve their academic goals.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to effective quantitative instruction and student success.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide updates on quantitative curriculum and instruction.
- Stay informed about current trends and developments in quantitative education and standardized testing, and incorporate relevant updates into teaching practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary teaching strategies and initiatives to enhance overall student learning outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in teaching quantitative reasoning, mathematics, and data interpretation, particularly for competitive exams like GRE, GMAT, CAT, etc.
- Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in algebra, geometry, arithmetic, statistics, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage students in learning.
- Knowledge of standardized testing formats, question types, and scoring criteria for exams such as GRE, GMAT, CAT, etc.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools and resources for quantitative instruction and assessment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement in quantitative teaching practices.
- Passion for education and a dedication to helping students achieve their academic and career goals.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹500.00 - ₹700.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
