We are seeking a GRE Quant Faculty to join our team as freelancer. As a faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching GRE Quantitative sections to students, guiding them in exam preparation and enhancing their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. This is a role located in Thane, with flexibility for some remote work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Mentoring**: Conduct engaging and interactive classes focused on GRE Quantitative Reasoning. Provide personalized coaching to help students achieve their target scores.
- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and update course materials, practice tests, and teaching aids. Ensure that all content is aligned with the latest GRE syllabus and exam patterns.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and evaluate student performance through regular assessments and feedback. Identify areas of improvement and provide targeted support to address them.
- **Doubt Resolution**: Offer timely and effective doubt-clearing sessions to address student queries and concerns.
- **Student Engagement**: Foster a positive and motivating learning environment. Encourage students to actively participate in class and develop a deeper understanding of quantitative concepts.
- **Administrative Duties**: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress. Collaborate with the administrative team to schedule classes and manage course logistics.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Master's or Ph.D.) are a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in teaching GRE Quantitative Reasoning. Familiarity with standardized test preparation and experience with diverse student groups is preferred.
- **Subject Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of GRE quantitative topics, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and data analysis.
- **Teaching Skills**: Excellent teaching and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver them in an understandable manner.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for teaching and student engagement.
- **Availability**: Flexible availability to conduct classes during weekdays and weekends, as per student requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
