**ABOUT THE IC3 MOVEMENT**

With its mission to bring counseling in every school, the IC3 Movement, at its core, is dedicated to helping young people across the globe find career paths through education that will lead to fulfilled, happy and productive lives. Community-driven events including the Annual **IC3 Conference** and the **IC3 Regional Forums**, along with the non-profit **IC3 Institute**, support the IC3 Movement to empower every school to run a robust, fully functioning, career and college counseling department.

Inclusion and access are at the very heart of IC3. Propelled by a volunteer-based leadership community consisting of 1,400+ leaders from education and industry, IC3 is dedicated to support counseling in every school through research, free education, and training for teachers, counselors, and principals. The IC3 Movement engages educators and leaders across 90+ countries.

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

The IC3 Movement is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and strategic professional to support and enhance its Operations & Data functions. This role demands strong analytical skills, decision-making abilities, and a solutions-driven approach to optimize operational processes and ensure seamless execution.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Data Management**:

- Collect and import data from multiple sources (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM) into the master file.
- Verify, clean, and format data to meet CRM requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and Google Sheets.
- Perform daily data checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Stay updated on new data tools and technologies to enhance efficiency.

**Organizational & Process Management**:

- Support daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflows.
- Document, refine, and improve processes for better operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and present monthly status reports to support continuous improvement.
- Assist in implementing new technologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Track and monitor work plans, goals, and key performance metrics.
- Respond promptly to stakeholder inquiries and requests for information.
- Gather, clean, and analyze data to provide strategic operational insights.
- Support the coordination and execution of annual and weekly events across multiple locations.

**QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION**:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

**WORK EXPERIENCE**:

- 2-4 years of experience in operations management, business administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Cvent and HubSpot is a plus. SKILLS:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in technology, including advanced Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- **Good to know: Data visualization / SQL / Tableau / Project Management Tools** Preferred Skills:

- Experience managing webinars and working with CRMs like Cvent and working with CRMs like Cvent and HubSpot.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
- Experience with project management tools.

ORGANIZATION: IC3 Movement COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
