**Job Summary**:The Courier Delivery Pickup / Collection Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of parcel pickup and collection from customers across the UK. This includes ensuring timely pickups, verifying parcel documentation, maintaining efficient route planning, and upholding a high standard of customer service. The role requires solid experience in UK logistics operations, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Parcel Pickup & Delivery**:

- Coordinate and execute daily parcel pickups from customer locations within the designated area across the UK.
- Ensure all parcels are accurately labeled and documented according to UK logistics and company standards.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers during pickup.
- Address and resolve any collection-related queries or complaints promptly.
- Inform customers of company policies, including any relevant UK logistics protocols and additional services.
- **Route Planning & Time Management**:

- Plan efficient routes that align with UK road networks and traffic patterns to optimize travel time and reduce fuel costs.
- Ensure timely pickups and communicate proactively with customers about any delays or changes in schedule.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of pickups, including date, time, and customer information.
- Submit daily reports to the logistics supervisor detailing completed collections, issues encountered, and pending pickups, adhering to UK compliance and reporting standards.
- **Parcel Handling & Safety Compliance**:

- Handle parcels with care to avoid damage during transit.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and UK regulations for parcel handling, including health and safety guidelines.
- **Coordination with the Logistics Team**:

- Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to resolve pickup issues specific to the UK market.
- Assist with tracking and follow-up of collections as required.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in logistics, particularly UK logistics or customer service, are a plus.
- **Experience in UK logistics** or a similar role in the courier or delivery industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UK road networks and traffic regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for report submission and communication.
- Flexible availability to accommodate early or late pickups as required by customer demand.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:
