Your other responsibilities include verifying pickup & recipient identity via obtaining pickup OTP/ drop OTP provided to them by the system after booking. You should strictly adhere to the road safety guidelines and be vigilant when processing deliveries. Besides, you will be accountable for pitching to the customers about the services provided by our company.

- Responsibilities

- Delivering different types of packages like apparels, appliances, food and other items.
- Verifying recipient’s details before handing over the package.
- Updating pickup/delivery status upon completion.
- Accepting payments and maintaining transaction records.
- Loading and unloading packages carefully.
- Ensuring proper & careful handling of the customer’s package.
- Ensuring proper handling of your personal vehicle and ensuring it is re-fueled in time.
- Optimizing travel time by taking the shortest route shown via GPS Navigation App.
- Adhering to road safety guidelines and traffic rules at all times.
- Executing all deliveries within the given time frame.
- Checking for any discrepancies or irregularities in the packages.
- Obtaining the OTP given to the recipient upon pickup/delivery.
- Reporting to the supervisor in case of any road accidents or traffic violations.
- Reporting any suspicious or damaged packages to the supervisor immediately

- Holding a valid identification card, current address proof & valid Driver’s License.
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Familiarity with GPS and other navigation technologies
