Reporting : Admin Manager/Senior Office Boy
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Visits**:

- Deliver and collect documents from clients, banks, courier services, or government offices.
- **Courier and Mail Handling**:

- Dispatch and receive couriers, packages, and letters.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- **Bank-Related Work**:

- Deposit or withdraw money or documents from banks.
- Submit cheques or collect passbooks/statements.
- **Bill Payments & Office Purchases**:

- Pay utility bills (electricity, water, etc.).
- Purchase office supplies or items from local vendors.
- **Documentation & Filing**:

- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Maintain records of deliveries and errands.
- **Support to Office Staff**:

- Assist in setup or movement of materials for meetings or events.
- Help in basic office maintenance or cleaning tasks if required.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of local routes and locations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and punctuality
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Ability to handle minor documentation

**Eligibility & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10th or 12th pass (varies by company)
- Experience in a similar role preferred, but not always required

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
