Role Description

Contribute to the creation of print media experiences while working on brand projects. Manage work efficiently, collaborate with the team to produce ideas, and have a passion for content. The Lead will work across numerous platforms to increase consumer engagement and behaviour.

**Responsibilities**:
Business Strategy:

- Ability to design a strategy that is in line with the brand's philosophy and objectives across platforms.
- Monitor digital and new media industry developments, to spot prospective business opportunities and improve current offerings that result in better customer value and higher financial value.
- For the brands on board, driving innovation and creativity.

Account Execution:

- Conducting adequate research and gathering relevant material for the development of interactive content.
- Develop creative solutions for the brand's digital channels, such as content management and upkeep.
- Creating a buzz around the brand, its product promotions, launches, and brand-sponsored events via innovative advertising.
- Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of different aspects of the campaign, such as community, traffic, conversations and engagements, leads and conversions, using analytics.

Qualification:

- Experience: minimum 2 years.
- Understanding and analyzing data for print media campaigns and pitches.
- Proven experience as an Advertising Account Executive or related position.
- Good understanding of marketing and advertising methods and techniques.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts possibly from different industries.
- A team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
