**Job Title: Architect/Interior Designer**

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Position**: 1

**Gender Requirement**: Male

**Required Equipment**: Laptop

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize 3DX Max, Rabbit, Google Sketch, and other latest design tools to create comprehensive designs.
- Prepare accurate bill of materials based on drawings and sketches.
- Conduct site visits to take precise measurements and assess project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate strong visualization skills to translate client requirements into design concepts.
- Possess extensive knowledge of materials commonly used in interior turnkey projects.
- Provide guidance and monitor project execution during site visits.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Interior Designing or Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1-2 years of experience in the interior design industry.
- Proficiency in 3DX Max, Rabbit, Google Sketch, and other design software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

**Salary Range**: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000
