**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop detailed 3D models, renderings, and animations for architectural and interior design projects.
- Work closely with architects and designers to transform ideas and concepts into visually compelling presentations.
- Use rendering software to create realistic lighting, textures, and materials for project visualization.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver virtual walkthroughs and presentations that communicate design concepts effectively to clients.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in 3D design and visualization.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in 3D Modeling, Animation, or CAD Design from a recognized institute is acceptable.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year as a 3D Expert or similar role, with a robust portfolio showcasing expertise in 3ds Max and SketchUp.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of lighting, shading, and materials.
- Familiarity with additional rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion) is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality visuals.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively.

**Working Hours**:
**10:00 AM to 7:00 PM**, Monday to Saturday (Work From Office)
