**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The Telemarketing Executive will play a pivotal role in reaching out to potential customers, promoting our eyewear products, and driving sales through effective phone-based communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Outbound Calling:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our eyewear products and their features.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customers' eyewear needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Product Knowledge:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our eyewear product range, including frames, lenses, and accessories.
- Articulate product features, benefits, and customization options to potential customers.

Sales Pitch and Consultation:

- Create persuasive and customer-centric sales pitches that align with individual customer preferences.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations based on customers' face shapes, styles, and prescription requirements.

Lead Qualification and Follow-up:

- Qualify leads by gathering essential information and assessing their eyewear needs.
- Follow up with potential customers to address inquiries, provide additional information, and close sales.

Relationship Building:

- Build rapport with customers through friendly and empathetic communication.
- Focus on creating positive customer experiences that reflect our brand's commitment to quality and satisfaction.

Targets and Reporting:

- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets for outbound calls, lead conversion, and revenue generation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and outcomes.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the eyewear or retail industry.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Customer-focused approach with the ability to actively listen and address customer needs.

Persuasive and confident phone presence.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.

Enthusiastic, proactive, and results-driven attitude.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
