They take direction from the AMS Lead and System Administration Technology Lead.

They work with the global Technical Implementation Specialists and relevant Product Managers to understand the requirements for each system used on a specific project in resolving technical issues.
- Provide technical support for all Reality Modeling software components in a complex mission critical environment
- Manage, support, and resolve complex software, vendor, and proprietary technical issues
- Identify proactive solutions for recurring technology requirements to benefit the business
- Maintain reality Modeling related documentation and applicable Delivery Knowledge Portal pages
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned
- Collaborate and interact with various stakeholders including the ICT team
- Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments
- Willing to work after hours as part of a global team
- Undertake integration between various systems consuming and using Reality Model data
- Adhere to standards and processes for systems in Hatch

Key experience:
**Skills**:

- Display and execute logical and complex troubleshooting methods
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and ability to work well with others
- Teamwork: Working together to achieve organizational and team goals
- Demonstrated soft skills required such as presentation of ideas and ability to clearly articulate the concepts to senior management
- Ability to effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels

Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a related survey, data acquisition, or Reality Model processing field
- Experience with at least one of the following Design Tool platforms:

- Context Capture
- Recap
- Pointools
- Experience in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency, and effectiveness
- Exposure to any of the following enterprise systems: Bentley ProjectWise, MS SharePoint
- Exposure to survey data, point clouds, reality models, mesh models, geospatial photogrammetry
- Exposure to systems that host and consume Reality Model data.

Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training or work experience

- Bently Pointools
