Digital Marketing Specialist

**Location**: Pune
**Experience**: 1-2 Years
**Salary**: ₹25,000 per month

**Reporting To**: Digital Marketing Lead / Manager

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across **Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn** platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize paid ad performance for better reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Support **SEO and SEM** strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Track KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports using **Google Analytics**, Search Console, and ad dashboards.
- Coordinate with content writers and designers to create effective creatives and campaign assets.
- Contribute to increasing brand visibility and supporting lead generation efforts through digital channels.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Basic working knowledge of **Google Ads**, **Meta Business Suite**, and **LinkedIn Campaign Manager**.
- Familiarity with tools such as **Google Analytics**, **Search Console**, and **Canva** or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and staying updated with digital marketing trends.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
- Certification in Google Ads or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
