**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role in Pune for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for social media marketing, lead generation, marketing, web analytics, and digital marketing. The Digital Marketing Executive will also drive the growth and development of marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**
- Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization's website
- Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connection with customers
- Monitor company presence on social media
- Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness

**Qualifications**
- Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation skills
- Digital Marketing and Marketing skills
- Experience in web analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in managing and leading marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in the B2B marketing spectrum is a plus
- Social Media Management, Social Media Optimization, creating campaigns
- Create the content on Canva (graphic, video), content scheduling
- Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connections with customers
- Primary focus on content creation, SEO (on-page, off-page) [Creative and critical thinking is a must
