**Position**: Field Marketing Executive

**Location**: Nashik, Maharashtra
**Experience**: Minimum 5 years
**Salary**: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per month (Fixed) + Travel Allowance
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Timings**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field marketing activities for our transformer products
- Operate primarily in Nashik & Sinnar (80%) and across Maharashtra (20%)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
- Collect customer feedback and analyze competitor strategies

**Who Can Apply?**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and sales
- Experience in the transformer or electrical industry is preferred
- Willingness to work in the field and travel as required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
