**Department**:Global Market Operations - FICC Back Office

**Reporting to**:Senior Dealer - Treasury Bullion

**Location**: BKC (Mumbai)
- Liaising with the South-African teams of soft commodities, commodity operations - for handling daily settlements and addressing & resolving queries, physical stock movement related requests.
- Aiding client in the stock movement and collaborating with logistic partners to ensure that client receives a direct or partial release of stock.
- Monitoring & tracking bullion shipments and overseeing the documentation process to smoothen the customs procedures
- Assisting the team with monthly balance reconciliations for both stocks and loans to ensure client and FirstRand positions
- Tracking escalations of issues to manage compliance regarding shipments, interest accruals, daily settlements, daily limits, etc.
- Maintaining MIS of shipments, stock balance in vaults etc.

- Good communication, strong analytical skills, negotiations skills and networking, excellent multi-tasker.
