**Wtf is Pluto?**

Pluto is a world of fun characters. At Pluto, we make characters and IPs around them. We are a team of passionate artists, degens, gamers and storytellers. We have forever been obsessed with characters and stories. You will be joining a team of misfits creating a community that fosters great IPs, mini-games, digital content & art, together.

Pluto became India’s most successful NFT project to sell-out (in 1.5 days that too) with our 4,444 Misfits collection. We tell stories about our characters through different formats on Instagram, TikTok & YouTube.

**What are we expecting from you**
- **0-2 years of experience** in branding, graphic design, or a related field.
- A **strong portfolio** showcasing your branding work and creative skills (a great Instagram presence is a plus).
- Proficiency in design software such as **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma**, and other Adobe Creative tools.
- **Excellent communication and collaboration skills** to work effectively with various teams.
- The ability to **thrive in a fast-paced environment** and meet tight deadlines.
- **Strong attention to detail** with the ability to deliver high-quality work consistently.

**What your average day will look like in Pluto**
- Develop **brand identity guidelines** combining your individual style with creative branding and ensure that all brand communications are consistent with these guidelines
- **Design and produce social media graphics, web banners, announcements** and other digital media assets that align with a brand’s identity
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and techniques and bring new ideas to the table
- Collaborate with other members of the creative team to **brainstorm ideas and ensure that design concepts are aligned with our marketing and business objectives**:

- Work with **outside teams and contractors **as needed to ensure that all projects are completed on time
- **Watch lots of anime and play lots of games during your work time.**

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Have knowledge of **3D design**.
- Can create storyboards or are willing to learn on the job.
- Have a passion for anime, gaming, or pop culture (we’re all about creativity and fun).
- Have basic knowledge of web3
