Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) & Full-time We’re looking for someone who can keep the backend of brand building in check, someone who’s organised, proactive, and has a good instinct for content. Your role will sit at the intersection of creativity and execution. You’ll be managing client communication, ensuring posts and stories go up on time, coordinating feedback with designers, maintaining content calendars, and keeping daily brand activity running smoothly. You’ll also be involved in planning and executing client shoots, coordinating with the team and the client, prepping shoot plans or references, and being on-ground to make sure everything comes together as planned. You don’t need to direct the shoot, but you’ll be expected to own the process. You’ll need to be comfortable posting stories and understanding what kind of content fits each brand’s tone. You should know how to spot when something looks off, write clear captions, suggest content ideas, and help bring campaigns to life, end to end. A typical day might include hopping on a client call, reviewing a post before it goes live, helping prep for a shoot, giving feedback on a design, or tracking what’s performing well and what’s not. You’ll work closely with the design team, editors, copywriters, and the founder(s), so strong communication, ownership, and time management are key.
