
Customer Service Representative

The BPO Executive is responsible for providing professional and efficient services to clients/customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves communication, problem-solving, and delivering quality service in line with the company’s objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer issues promptly by following established guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality scores, call handling time, and customer satisfaction rates.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve overall service delivery.
- Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma (minimum); a bachelor's degree is often preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in a similar role (freshers may also be considered).
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in using computers and common software (e.g., MS Office).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Good listening skills and empathy.
- Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
**Job Type**:
Full-time, rotational shifts (including night shifts if required).
