We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **CRM Executive** to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our customer relationship management system to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure accurate customer data and seamless communication.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Train and support team members on CRM best practices and system usage.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a CRM role, preferably within the retail or service industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Qkonnect) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,919.04 - ₹33,553.80 per month
