**Position**- Batch Coordinator (M/F)

**Location** - Central Pune / PCMC / East Pune

(FC Road, Ghole Road, JM Road, Satara Road, Sinhagad Road, NIBM, Gokul Nagar, Hadpasar, Viman Nagar, Aundh, Pimple Saudagar, Akurdi, Moshi, Ravet, Bhugaon, Undri)

1. To act as a communication bridge between students & faculty with the core Academic Team

2. To be punctual and be present in class and listen to the faculty carefully.

3. To update on weekly basis the course track and feedback of students on Google sheets

4. To make announcements and distributions in class as per instructions of the Academic Team

5. To keep a healthy rapport with parents via regular calls and course updates to them

6. To be able to use Zoom Workspaces App and certain other LMS platforms for carrying out specific academic tasks (Training will be provided)

7. To collect and report feedback from students about any aspect of the ongoing program.

8. To monitor academic aspects of lectures as be the norms of the institute.

9. To report any infrastructure related matters including classroom hygiene to Infra Team.

10. To supervise Quizzes and Tests.

**Job requirements**:
Educational Qualifications: BA Fresher or appeared / any Graduate or Diploma

Skills: Keen to learn / Enthusiastic / Attentive / Adaptive
