We are looking for a qualified **MIS Coordinator**, who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Resolving customer complaints brought to management's attention.
- Planning the training and standardization of the product description and delivery
- Keeping a detailed record of client data, including useful comments and positive or negative feedback.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the Management.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

**Skills Required**:

- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic Computer skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
