**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing and implementing research studies in developmental psychology.
- Support data collection, including administering assessments during sessions with children and reviewing data.
- Prepare short reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings.
- Follow ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Attend relevant training sessions, seminars, and conferences.
- Participate in regular supervision and feedback sessions with mentors.
- Take initiative to learn more and contribute ideas during team discussions.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Psychology or Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling
- Strong verbal communication and debate skills
- Experience working with children will be considered an added advantage
- Willingness to commit to a 2-month probationary internship.

**Additional Information**:
This internship offers the potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the 2-month probationary period, contingent on performance.
