Prepare and review all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and tariffs.
- Monitor and maintain export compliance according to international standards and company policies.
- Coordinate the transportation and shipment of goods to international markets, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective shipping solutions.
- Liaise with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth transit and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Track and manage export shipments to ensure all deadlines are met and issues are resolved proactively.
- Maintain and develop relationships with international customers and partners.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the export process.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their orders and shipments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of export quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure product availability for export.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure that international orders are fulfilled on time.
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and shipments.
- Provide regular reports on export performance, including shipping costs, delivery times, and customer feedback

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
