**Job Overview**

We are looking for a **smart and experienced professional** with strong knowledge of the **granite, marble, and tile industry**. The role involves **continuous coordination with clients and shipping partners**, ensuring all orders are executed smoothly — from finalization to delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate with clients from order confirmation till shipment delivery.
- Coordinate with **shipping companies and freight forwarders** for bookings, schedules, and export documentation.
- Prepare and manage **invoices, packing lists, and other export documents**.
- Ensure all **customer requirements** are met with timely updates and professional communication.
- Work closely with **production and logistics teams** for smooth dispatch and tracking.
- Maintain order records and shipment details using **Excel**.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Strong knowledge of **granite, marble, and tiles**.
- Experience in **export coordination and documentation**.
- Excellent **communication and customer handling skills**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel and reporting**.
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in a similar export or client coordination role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
