We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor with a specialization in interior fit-out projects to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in cost estimation, cost control, and financial management of interior fit-out projects. Responsibilities:
1. Cost Estimation:Analyze project plans and specifications to estimate the costs of labor, materials, and equipment for interior fit-out projects.Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates to assist in project budgeting and bidding processes.

2. Cost Management:Monitor project costs, track expenses, and recommend cost-saving measures to ensure projects remain within budget.Collaborate with project teams to assess and control variations and change orders affecting project costs.

3. Budgeting and Reporting:Prepare and maintain project budgets, providing regular updates on budget performance to project stakeholders.Generate timely and comprehensive cost reports, highlighting variations and identifying potential cost overruns.

4. Contract Administration:Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tenders, contracts, and procurement processes related to interior fit-out projects.Administer contracts, assess contractor claims, and negotiate variations to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.

5. Risk Assessment:Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks related to cost, scope, and quality for interior fit-out projects.Develop risk mitigation strategies and collaborate with the project team to implement appropriate measures.

6. Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.Participate in project meetings and provide expert advice on cost-related matters

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

2. Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior fit-out projects.

3. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and cost control principles.

4. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

5. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.65 - ₹35,000.22 per month
