BumbleVA is looking for an experienced Medical Biller to join our expanding team of virtual healthcare professionals. In this role, you’ll help streamline medical processes and ensure smooth claims handling for healthcare providers across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter patient and billing data accurately into eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR system
- Create and send insurance claims from the EMR to the clearinghouse
- Monitor claim status and communicate with insurance companies
- Process payments and Electronic Remittance Advices (ERA)
- Reconcile claims and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding issues
- Coordinate with providers and support staff to resolve billing discrepancies
- Able to download and interpret ECW billing Reports
- Monitor AR-Denials
- Able to Monitor clearinghouse (TriZetto)
- NaviNet Eligibility
- Update and Monitor internal Billing tracking systems.
- Identify Patient balances
- Track and Establish Patient payment plans
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Biller Encoder
- Preferably with experience in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Strong knowledge of the full claim cycle: EMR → Clearinghouse → Insurance → ERA
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setup
- Familiarity with HIPAA and data confidentiality standards
- Proficient in professional English communication

- Remote (Full-time or Part-time)
- Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet home office environment
