We are seeking skilled Medical Coders and Billers to translate healthcare services into standardized codes used for billing and insurance purposes. In this role, you will ensure accurate coding for diagnoses, procedures, and medical services to optimize reimbursement and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assign and verify appropriate codes for diagnoses, procedures, and medical services using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Review medical records to ensure documentation supports accurate coding.
- Utilize billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage claims and billing processes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify any discrepancies in coding and documentation.
- Stay updated on coding guidelines and insurance policies to ensure compliance and maximize reimbursement.

**Required Qualifications**:
**Certifications**:

- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification is required.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Familiarity with billing software and EHR systems.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Knowledge**:

- Understanding of insurance policies and reimbursement procedures.
