We are hiring for the below profile:
Company: Leading Metal Importer

Location: Mumbai (Charni Road)

Position: Import Executive / Coordinator

Experience: 2+ years in any Import company

**Job Description**:

- Approve BL/AWB, Tracking vessel, coordinate with CHA, custom clearance, BOE, coordinate with bank, document submission to bank etc.
- Open Letter of credit, coordinate with the bank. Closing of outward remittances at the bank against BOE.
- Coordinate for outward remittance, Generate A1 &A2 form, coordinate for 15ca and 15cb form.
- Coordinate with vendor, place vehicle, send document to client, coordinate with factory etc
- Knowledge in Basic GST.
- Understanding Incoterms, Payment Terms, LC Documentation.
- Knowledge of operating with Tally software making E-invoice and Waybill.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Advance Excel.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Experience of min. 3-5 years.
- Job Timings : 10 to 7 and 6 days a week working.

**Preferred people from South Mumbai**

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai - 400004, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
