**Job description**

We are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Accountant / Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting tasks for our clothing brand. The role involves maintaining records, supporting GST/TDS filings, and assisting the accounts team in smooth financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Record daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments).
- Maintain petty cash, ledgers, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and vouchers.
- Support GST, TDS, and other compliance work.
- Follow up with vendors and buyers regarding payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate with auditors and support during audits.
- Provide assistance to Sr. Accountant / Accounts Head when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com or equivalent).
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good communication skills (English/Tamil)
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
