**About the Role**:
MiracleHub is hiring on behalf of our client in the automobile sector for a **Product Trainer** who will be responsible for conducting **technical, hands-on training** in PPF (Paint Protection Film), ceramic coating, and auto detailing services. The role is ideal for someone who understands car protection services in-depth and has a passion for upskilling teams across studio/franchise locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **technical training sessions** for:

- **PPF installation**: Cutting, stretching, alignment, edge wrapping
- **Interior & exterior detailing**: Tools, products, and processes
- Train studio staff & new joiners in using professional-grade detailing products
- Develop and implement **SOPs** for detailing & protection workflows
- Monitor team performance, provide real-time feedback & improvement suggestions
- Conduct **refresher training programs**, skill evaluations & certifications
- Maintain adherence to **safety standards**, PPE usage & hygiene practices
- Assist in building training documentation - manuals, video content, etc.
- Support **new studio launches** by traveling and training on-site pan-India
- Represent the client in **vendor training sessions**, product demos & workshops
- Stay updated with **industry trends & innovations** in auto detailing
- Strong knowledge of detailing tools, machines, chemicals & surfaces
- Prior experience as a **trainer, team lead, or workshop in-charge** is preferred
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability to simplify technical content for all learning levels
- Willingness to **travel across India** for training and studio support

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,487.96 per month
