**Job Summary**:
**Role: Spanish Calling**

**Experience: 1- 3 years**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, customers, or partners.
- Introduce company products, services, or initiatives in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture relationships and gather feedback.

**Inbound Calls**:

- Answer incoming calls from Spanish-speaking customers promptly and professionally.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service in Spanish, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

**Language Proficiency**:

- Maintain fluency in both Spanish and English to facilitate effective communication.
- Translate information accurately between languages when necessary.

**Communication Skills**:

- Articulate company messages and policies clearly and concisely in Spanish.
- Listen actively to customer needs and respond appropriately.

**Data Entry and Reporting**:

- Enter relevant information into the company's database during and after each call.
- Generate and analyze reports on call metrics and customer interactions.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotions.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Share customer feedback and insights to contribute to overall company improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
