You will work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, content, eCommerce) to develop data-driven marketing strategies while staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Google & Meta Ads Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Google Shopping, Facebook, and Instagram to drive conversions.
- Performance Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools to improve efficiency.
- A/B Testing & Data Analysis: Conduct testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign performance.
- Keyword Research & Audience Targeting: Identify and refine target keywords, audience segments, and bidding strategies for better engagement.
- Creative Development & Landing Page Optimization: Work with designers and developers to create compelling ad creatives and high-converting landing pages.
- Budget Management: Strategically allocate and optimize ad spend to ensure maximum ROI across different platforms.
- Industry Trends & Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising, Google & Meta updates, and eCommerce strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience managing Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Paid Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Ads framework, and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, Next.js) is a plus.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or within a team.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
