**Role Category: Voice / Blended**
- Shift Timing: Fix Day shift for Girls with 1 week off Fix Night shift for Boys (10pm - 7 am) and rotational day shift
- Paid Training and Pickup and Drop from Turbhe Station.
- Excellent English communication skills
- 2 years' experience in Bank Customer service or Sales.

**Job Role**:

- Casa Account Handling
- Handling of inbound calls received from customers enquiring details of the product holdings, product or process related information. (for any / all products areas like Credit Cards, Bank A/Cs, Deposits, Loans, Depositories, Mutual Funds, Debit Cards, Prepaid & Forex Cards or any other Direct Banking related calls

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
