**Roles & Responsibilities**
- To solve students’ academic doubts in an efficient manner.
- Should achieve the targets on a daily basis following all the important parameters.
- Need good problem solving and decision making skills to identify the problems and

suggest the relevant solutions to resolve them.
- Should analyze and resolve their own “No feedbacks” that are received on a daily

basis by reaching out to the students.
- Should be able to help with other resolutions like Fresh Desk tickets & other

escalations from students’ side.
- Should be able to manage time effectively and efficiently.
- Should be able to multi
- task and work independently on doubt targets assigned

however strive to work as a team for achieving the team metrics
- Should have strong analytical, coordination, interpersonal and communication skills(

written & verbal ) skills with an eye for detail
- Should be ready to learn and adapt to new challenges and changes. Responsibilities
