**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Biology to Grade 11 and 12 students as per the State Board syllabus.
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans and practical sessions.
- Prepare students for board exams through regular assessments and revisions.
- Clarify doubts and provide academic support to students.
- Maintain student records and track academic progress.
- Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and training programs.
- Ensure a positive and disciplined classroom environment.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to join immediately.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with the Karnataka State Board syllabus.
- Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
- Basic proficiency in digital teaching tools (PowerPoint, online platforms).
