Key responsibilities may also involve inventory management, budget oversight, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervision and Management**:Directing and supervising laundry staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- **Operational Efficiency**:Ensuring smooth daily operations, optimizing workflows, and maximizing productivity in all laundry processes (sorting, washing, drying, folding, ironing, etc.).
- **Quality Control**:Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to quality expectations, and implementing quality control measures.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitoring inventory levels of linens, supplies, and chemicals, and managing ordering and restocking as needed.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Ensuring laundry equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and repaired to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- **Budget Management**:Developing and managing the laundry department budget, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for savings.
- **Safety and Compliance**:Implementing and enforcing safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Customer Service**:Handling customer inquiries and complaints related to laundry services, and striving to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Process Improvement**:Identifying opportunities to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve efficiency through innovative practices.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Maintaining effective communication with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure seamless operations and meet overall business objectives.

Additional Considerations:

- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in operating commercial laundry equipment, knowledge of different fabrics, and experience with laundry chemicals.
- **Soft Skills**:Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential.
- **Industry Knowledge**:Understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards, safety protocols, and relevant regulations in the hospitality or healthcare sector.
- **Experience**:Typically requires several years of experience in a similar role within the laundry or hospitality industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
